RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any exchange or return.

You just have to send us an email to hola@brecciaindust.com indicating:

• Order number and full name
• Item you wish to exchange or return
• Pledge that you wish to receive in the event of making an exchange

We will contact you and give you all the instructions to manage your exchange or return.

 

Important:

It is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. It is your responsibility to provide the original packaging to ensure that returned products arrive in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the return or exchange requested.

When we receive the package and verify that its condition is correct, we will make the exchange or return.

In case of return, the amount must be paid using the same payment method used in your purchase. Remember that the period in which this is effective will depend on your bank.

The amount to be refunded will be that of the garments being returned. In no case will the shipping cost be refunded.

*If you make a partial return of the order and the order amount is less than €64.95, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
